GB Emergency Medical Services are currently recruiting people to join our successful team.
We are recruiting for qualified First Aiders and First Responders to join our busy team of bank staff to work at events across the South of the UK*
GB Emergency Medical Services Management team are supported by a Clinical Governance Team consisting of a Basics Doctor who regularly works in the Emergency Department of one of our regional hospitals, and 2 Paramedics that have experience of working all over the world.
We’re supported by one of the best training teams in the country (South Coast Medical Training) who provide our staff with the opportunity to advance their skills at their own pace. Running courses ranging from First Aid at Work to Emergency Medical Technician (qualified and registered through the AREMT), they have also put together a course enabling individuals to gain a Paramedic qualification through the AREMT with co-operation from a training partner in the United States. This team have also put together the Nationally recognised Certificate in Emergency Care (level 3) that 5 of our current staff are embarking on.
We are looking for staff who are dynamic, motivated, capable of working well as part of the team and happy to travel. Our events range from our base location in Southampton, as far north as Birmingham, we also cover events in Bristol, Norfolk, Kent, Essex, London, and anywhere in between. As the team grows this may expand even further.
Events we cover vary – Live Music events, Martial Arts competitions, Ultra Marathons, Roller Derby, Charity Fundraisers, Small Fetes, you name it, we’ve covered it.
