At this time we are able to take on select individuals with no previous qualificaions or background in ambulance or health care work, and with training bonds, give the opportunity to gain qualifications and experience, starting at First Aider and ACA level with progression paths to Technician level and beyond.

At this time we are able to take on individuals from the Isle of Wight to assist with our expansion of event medical and ambulance transport work. Here we are hiring all skill levels to help with our demand from the island throught the year. Please only apply to this role if you live on the Island.
We’re looking for patient focussed, caring Individuals to augment our current team due to rapidly increasing demands on our service, Our rates of pay are extremely competitive.
A clean full UK driving license is mandatory for anyone wishing to drive our vehicles. Candidates do not require a C1 license to apply as we dont currently operate any vehciles of that size in our fleet.
All Candidates are subject to References, Qualification checks, Enhanced DBS, and regular Competency Assessments. All Candidates must also provide evidence that they are legally entitled to work within the UK.
Must have the MINIMUM of a current, valid regulated Level 3 First Aid at Work Qualification Plus AED (Or Equivalent, Nationally Recognised Qualification).
Must have the MINIMUM of a current, valid Advanced First Aider / FPOS-Intermediate / FREC3 (Or Equivalent, Nationally Recognised Qualification).
As "First Responder" Plus a regulated Emergency Driving Qualification such as: IHCD Emergency Driving, AOFA Level 4 Certificate in Emergency Response Driving or Equivalent Qualification.
Must have completed a Minimum of "Level 3 Award in Emergency Medical Technician", AREMT-Basic, FREC 4 or Equivalent.
Must hold a minimum of "IHCD Ambulance Technician Award", "FREUC 5", "Level 4 National Diploma in Emergency Care" or recognised equivalent. Candidates must also provide evidence of clinical hours and CPD Portfolio (post qualification). We can accept individuals requiring hours, however re can not guarantee hours and will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Must hold a clean UK HCPC Paramedic registration. We can not accept any other international or equivalent paramedic qualifications. We can not accept "student paramedic' as a stand alone title, students must have additional regulated qualifications e.g FREC 3/4.
Must hold a clean UK NMC registration as a General Registered Nurse. We can not accept any other international or equivalent nursing qualifications. We can not accept "Student Nurse" as a stand alone title, students must have additional regulated qualification e.g FREC 4/5.
Must have a clean GMC registration to practice autonomously as a doctor in the UK. We can not accept "Junior Doctors" at this time, except where they hold an alternative qualification.
It is desirable that welfare staff have a background in health and social care, with standard qualifications relevant to welfare provision.
Must hold a minimum of Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AED) or Equivalent Qualification (such as PTTLS).
We can not accept any volunteer staff at this time, if you wish to volunteer, why not apply formally and get paid to help!
We can not accept anyone under the age of 18 at this time.
Candidates who are applying and need hours in order to complete qualifications (e.g student paramedics or trainee technicians) although this is something we can help with, we do not guarantee any placement hours or shift patterns to support this progression.
However, we are looking for staff who are dynamic, motivated, capable of working well as part of the team and happy to travel. Our events range from our base locations in Southampton and Winchester (Hampshire), and up into the Midlands, we also cover events in Bristol, Norfolk, Kent, Essex, London, and anywhere in between.
